1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the q1221 website, mobile web interface, and all associated services accessible at https://q1221.cam and its subdomains.
• "User," "Player," "You," or "Your" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal account created by a User to access betting and gaming services on the Platform.
• "Bet" refers to any wager placed by a User on any sports event, casino game, lottery draw, or other gaming product offered on the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of funds (in Indonesian Rupiah, IDR / Rp) held in a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, reload offer, or other incentive awarded by q1221 subject to specific terms.
• "Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp)" is the sole currency accepted for deposits, withdrawals, and wagers on the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To create an account and use the Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. q1221 operates a strict 21+ only policy. Any User found to be under 21 will have their account immediately suspended and all funds forfeited.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or located within Indonesian territory at the time of account creation and when placing bets.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of Indonesia.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by local law.

2.2 Account Creation

Each User may create only one (1) account on the Platform. Multiple accounts created by the same individual (whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods) are strictly prohibited. q1221 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void bets placed from such accounts, and forfeit any winnings or bonuses associated with them.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian identity card / KTP)
• Valid email address
• Mobile phone number
• Date of birth
• Residential address within Indonesia

q1221 may require identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) at any time, including but not limited to requests for scanned copies of your KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and/or selfie photograph holding your identity document. Failure to provide requested verification documents within 14 calendar days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

2.3 Prohibited Users

The following categories of individuals are prohibited from creating an account or using the Platform:

• Individuals under 21 years of age
• Individuals who have been previously banned or self-excluded from q1221
• Employees, contractors, or affiliates of q1221 or its payment processors
• Individuals residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal
• Individuals acting on behalf of a third party or using another person's identity or payment methods

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Username and Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and account credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted under your account is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify q1221 support immediately at [email protected].

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must ensure that all information provided to q1221 is accurate and up-to-date. If your personal details change (e.g., residential address, phone number, email address), you must update your account information within 7 days. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.3 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal purpose
• Colluding with other Users to manipulate betting outcomes or exploit bonuses
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or scrape Platform data
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Platform's software or infrastructure
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or circumvent betting limits
• Placing bets from jurisdictions where you are not legally permitted to do so
• Using VPNs, proxies, or location-masking tools to falsify your geographic location

Any User found engaging in prohibited activities will have their account terminated immediately, all pending bets voided, and all funds (including deposits and winnings) forfeited.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

q1221 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels:

• Bank transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The minimum deposit is Rp 25,000. There is no maximum deposit limit per transaction, but individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically credited to your q1221 account within 2–5 minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. If your deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number and proof of payment (bank receipt or e-wallet transaction screenshot).

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals may be requested at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000.
• You must withdraw to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals (to accounts not matching your registered KTP name) are strictly prohibited.
• You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed. Subsequent withdrawals may be processed without re-verification unless requested by q1221 for security purposes.
• Withdrawals are processed within an average of under 3 minutes during business hours (08:00–23:00 WIB). Platinum Elite VIP members receive instant withdrawals with zero queue time.
• If you have claimed a bonus, you must meet the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawing any winnings derived from bonus funds. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

q1221 operates in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. We reserve the right to request additional documentation, delay withdrawal processing, or report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities. Deposits must be wagered at least one time (1×) before withdrawal to prevent the Platform from being used as a money-transfer service. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may be frozen pending investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

q1221 may offer bonuses, promotions, and incentives from time to time, including but not limited to:

• Welcome bonuses for new players
• Reload bonuses on subsequent deposits
• Cashback offers
• Weekly or monthly promotions
• VIP loyalty rewards
• Tournament prizes and leaderboard awards

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions outlined in the promotion's terms page. General conditions applicable to all bonuses include:

• Bonuses are awarded at q1221's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per User, per household, per IP address, per payment method. Abuse of promotions (e.g., creating multiple accounts) will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and account termination.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are stated clearly in each offer's terms (e.g., 10×, 20×, 30× the bonus amount).
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10–20%). Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met. Attempting to withdraw before completing requirements will forfeit the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Maximum bet limits may apply when playing with bonus funds (e.g., maximum Rp 10,000 per spin on slots, maximum Rp 50,000 per hand on table games). Exceeding maximum bet limits while using bonus funds may void the bonus.

5.2 Bonus Abuse and Fraud

q1221 reserves the right to investigate and void bonuses if we detect fraudulent or abusive behavior, including but not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times
• Colluding with other Users to exploit bonus terms
• Using betting patterns designed to guarantee bonus conversion (e.g., opposite-side betting on live casino)
• Depositing solely to claim bonuses with no genuine intent to play

Users found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses, winnings, and deposits forfeited, and their accounts permanently closed.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to acceptance by q1221. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Bets placed after an event has started (unless explicitly offered as live in-play betting)
• Bets placed at incorrect odds due to technical error
• Bets placed by Users under investigation for fraudulent activity
• Bets exceeding the maximum stake limit for a given market

Once a bet is confirmed and appears in your bet history, it is considered accepted. q1221 will not cancel or modify accepted bets unless there is clear evidence of technical error, fraud, or rule violation.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on q1221 covers football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, Timnas Indonesia / Garuda matches in the Piala AFF and World Cup qualifiers), basketball, tennis, badminton, volleyball, MotoGP, and esports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire).

• All bets are settled according to official results as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, BWF for badminton).
• If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets will be voided and stakes refunded unless the match is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time.
• Asian Handicap and Over/Under bets follow standard industry rules. Settlement is based on the final score after any applicable handicap adjustment.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win. If any leg is void, the parlay is recalculated with reduced odds excluding the void leg.

6.3 Casino and Slot Game Rules

All casino games, including slots, live dealer tables (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo), and RNG table games, operate according to the rules published by the game provider. q1221 does not control game outcomes — all results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer actions. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for each game and represent long-term statistical averages across millions of rounds, not short-term session outcomes.

6.4 Togel Lottery Rules

Togel (Toto Gelap) lottery bets on q1221 cover Togel Singapore (SGP), Togel Hongkong (HK), Togel Sydney (SDY), Togel Macau, Togel Taiwan, and Togel Kamboja. Draw results are determined by the official lottery operator for each market. q1221 does not influence or control draw outcomes. Bets are settled according to the official published results. If a draw is canceled or delayed, bets will be voided and stakes refunded.

6.5 Malfunction and Disputes

In the event of a technical malfunction (e.g., software error, server crash, display bug), q1221 reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund stakes. If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must contact support within 48 hours of the event conclusion with full details. Disputes raised after 48 hours will not be considered.

7. Responsible Gaming

q1221 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. We provide the following tools to help you stay in control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in your account settings. Limits take effect immediately.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session timeouts to limit continuous play duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent account suspension. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

8. Limitations of Liability

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services due to technical issues, maintenance, security incidents, or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, government action, network outages).
• Any errors or inaccuracies in odds, game results, or account balances caused by software bugs, data feed delays, or third-party provider errors.
• Any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Any third-party actions or omissions, including but not limited to payment processor delays, bank transaction failures, or game provider outages.

In no event shall q1221's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds you deposited into your account during the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. q1221 does not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure at all times.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the q1221 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design elements, is the exclusive property of q1221 or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written permission from q1221.
• Use the q1221 name, logo, or branding in any manner without express authorization.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Platform's software.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content.

Unauthorized use of q1221's intellectual property may result in legal action and account termination.

10. Termination and Suspension

10.1 Termination by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting q1221 support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (excluding locked bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within 7 business days, subject to successful KYC verification and compliance with wagering requirements.

10.2 Termination by q1221

q1221 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Creation of multiple accounts
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Failure to provide requested verification documents
• Breach of bonus terms or engagement in bonus abuse
• Use of VPNs, proxies, or location-masking tools to circumvent geographic restrictions

If your account is terminated for breach of these terms, q1221 may void all pending bets, forfeit all funds in your account (including deposits and winnings), and bar you from creating future accounts. We may also report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities.

10.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. q1221 reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 50,000 (or the remaining balance if less than Rp 50,000) on dormant accounts to cover administrative costs. You will be notified via email 30 days before the first dormancy fee is charged. To reactivate a dormant account, log in and place a bet or deposit funds.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which q1221 is licensed and regulated. Any disputes arising from your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting q1221 support at [email protected]. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal action.

By agreeing to these terms, you waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against q1221. All disputes must be resolved on an individual basis.
